Carlos Yulo, Filipino Gymnast

It's just amazing that I was able to witness firsthand the gymnastics competition of Carlos Yulo, and through and through - Yulo has inspired me a lot to work hard in order to achieve my goals. When you look at this guy (not even 6-footer), you are convinced that there are really no barriers to life, only opportunities.

Asian Games (Palembang) - Non Medal

Based on the podium finishes of Carlos Yulo, his strength lies in the Floor Exercise (FX). During Southeast Asian Games gymnastics for men, where he bagged gold for All Around (AA), his total score is 84.900. The average point for the Olympics Gold Medal is 87.000 so Yulo will still need to step up from his current standings, but with the guidance of his coach Munehiro Kugimiya and Yulo's dedication - this gold in Olympics is not far fetched.
