Holy Week Destinations

Since today is Easter Sunday, I am making a piece on travel destinations which I have already visited because, well - why not? 

To Filipinos, Easter Sunday is synonymous to going to the beach and over the years; the tradition has expanded into visiting places away from one's home. When I was kid, I associated beach to water and water as a symbol of cleansing the physical and spiritual being; but as I grew older, I realized that the practice was more about getting together with family members and spending some quality time or just catching up with people's busy lives.

I have always dreamed of being a travel blogger and made me happy and excited to be out in the open. Unfortunately I didn't achieve that goal. Life took a totally different turn which made me too occupied to even have the energy to do anything else. But this lifelong and almost secret desire remained. So now I am a hopeless travel blogger.
