Alright, so here goes the first entry for the Malaysia sojourn. Photos to be uploaded later.






29 June 2016. Day 1

04:30 am, left Lucena City to travel to Manila.

08:50 am, arrived in JAC Liner and found it terribly difficult to get a cab. Turns out the taxi drivers are charging extra to get to NAIA Terminal 1. Driver asked additional 50PhP surcharge. Paid 100 PhP to get to the airport.

09:50 am, the check-in counter opened.


10:30 am, passed through the immigration. Note: The Philippine immigration is super strict on Filipinos, so better make sure to prepare the following additional documents: (a) invitation letter from your friend, (b) proof of conversation with your friend, (c) credit cards and debit cards

12:10 noon, waiting for the flight.

17:50 pm, arrived in KLIA and changed some money at Travelex Money Changer. Went to the L1 to buy the Express Train ticket en route to KL Sentral. Note: Express Train ticket cost- 55 Ringgit (around 600 PhP).

18:00 pm, arrived in KL Sentral and had to find the Monorail. Monorail cost is 2.50 Ringgit.

18:30 pm, found the Hostel- Sunshine Bedz, charging 35 Ringgit per night. 

21:00 pm, had dinner at McDonalds and walked around Bukit Bintang

22:00 pm, walked towards the Petronas Towers and snapped some shots.

23:00 pm, back to the hostel and dozed off
