Wondering For The Most Efficient Itinerary... Vacation in 2014

I only have an hour to draft this vacation itinerary.
Listed below are the possible options for the summer vacation. Nothing is final yet.

Everything will depend on available resources. However, the top option in my list will be Korea, India, Laos and Vietnam. Singapore is fixed and will definitely be a part of the trip. The Philippines remain to be dependent on the outcome of the other options.

Mumbai - Goa - Kerala Segment (Budget: 40,000 - 50,000 PhP / approx. 1,000 USD)
Mumbai - (by flight/train) Goa - Kerala (Munnar - go to Cochin then take bus to Munnar) / (Wayanad - fly to Mangalore then by bus to Wayanad) / (Goa to Kovalam) /
Baga Beach 
Note: Kerala is God's country; Must try the ayurvedic massage

Option 2
Goa - Coorg (Madikerri) Bangalore Segment (Budget: 40,000 - 50,000 PhP / approx. 1,000 USD)
Note: Coorg is Scotland of India

SOUTH KOREA
Note: Pre-arranged visa required.

Tourism Visa:

1. One photo (size 4x6)                      
2. The original passport with at least 6 months validity
3. The visa application form through (omn.mofa.go.kr)
4. A covering letter from the government institution/company in Oman (in English)
5. Bank statement for the last 6 months.
6. Air ticket booking/ Hotel booking

Visa Fees:

Single visa for a period not exceeding 90 days=15.400 R.O=40 USD
Single visa for a period exceeding 90 days = 23.100 R.O = 60 USD
Multiple visa = 34.700 R.O = 90 USD
Visa processing duration:
