List of 2011 Philippines Public Holidays
In Philippines, aside from national holidays which are celebrated nationwide, there are local holidays depending on the demographics of the population. National holidays are further differentiated between Regular Holidays and Nationwide Special Holidays. There are three nationwide special holidays in Philippines, which are Ninoy Aquino Day, All Saints Day, and Last Day of the Year.


Note that many of holidays are celebrated / observed on Monday instead of the holiday date itself.

Note:
- Easter is a major festival holiday in the Philippines and travel may be disrupted.
- December 24 is almost always made into a holiday (or at least a half-day working day), December 25 is Christmas Day, December 26 is a special non-working day. With December 25 falls on weekend, expect it to be replaced to the following Tuesday 27 December while Boxing day December 26 December replaced with Wednesday 28 December.
- As of year 2006, Islamic holidays of Eid al Fitr and Eid al Adha will be celebrated as regional holiday in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
